Successfully completed HVAC and plumbing installations for King Abdulaziz International Airport's Hajj and Umrah Terminal. Scope included VRF and packaged unit systems, full ductwork, split units, exhaust/fresh air systems, and comprehensive drainage and water supply networks across the 3,000 sq m facility.
HVAC upgrades were completed in two phases. Phase one focused on a 700 sq. meter event hall, replacing DX units with two Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units and associated infrastructure. Phase two upgraded a workshop and meeting room with three additional Oxycom units.
Upgraded the Transport Office building's (620 sq m) cooling system by replacing outdated DX units with two Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units.
The RO Plant building's ventilation system was upgraded with four Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units (two per building) and compatible exhaust systems. The 1,000 sq m project included ductwork modifications, and plumbing, electrical, and control system integrations.
Oxycom IntrCooll unit successfully installed at Almarai North Depot, providing fresh, cooled air to the 2,000 sq m office building. The project included ductwork modifications and integration with existing plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
At the Almarai B15 building, DX units were replaced with seven Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units and seven exhaust fans. This project, covering over 1,500 square meters, included ductwork, plumbing, electrical, and control system modifications.
