Dosan Energy has successfully implemented 16 Oxycom Adiabatic PreCooll Systems at Edgnex Data Center in Riyadh. Our PreCooll systems enhance the performance of mechanical chillers by precooling outdoor air through direct evaporative cooling.
At Al Fanar Factory – Phase 1, we successfully installed 24 Oxycom Intrcooll units to provide the production areas with a constant supply of cooled, fresh air. The system is designed to maintain indoor temperatures below 26°C even under high ambient conditions, ensuring a comfortable, healthy, and productive working environment for all employees.
The project at King Abdulaziz International Airport’s Hajj and Umrah Terminal, we successfully executed the complete HVAC and plumbing installations.
At RO Plant building, we successfully upgraded the ventilation system by replacing the existing fresh air fans with four Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units, two units per building. Additionally, we replaced the outdated exhaust fans with new, Oxycom-compatible exhaust systems. The scope of work also encompassed ductwork modifications and adjustments, as well as plumbing, electrical, and control system integrations.
The project was executed in two phases to enhance energy efficiency and indoor air quality. • Phase One: We replaced the existing DX units in a 700-square-meter event hall with two Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units, integrated with two compatible exhaust fans. The scope of work included ductwork modifications, as well as plumbing, electrical, and control system connections. Additionally, we delivered and installed a small RO plant to supply the units with treated water.
In this project, we successfully replaced the outdated DX units with 2 Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units in the Transport Office building, which spans approximately 620 square meters. The scope of work included the installation and integration of ductwork, water supply systems, power supply connections, and control system configurations.
At Almarai B15 building, we successfully replaced DX units with seven Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units, complemented by seven exhaust fans. The scope of work also included additional ductwork modifications and adjustments, along with plumbing, electrical, and control system connections.
At the Almarai North Depot building, we successfully installed an Oxycom Intrcooll Standard unit to provide cooled fresh air to the office building. The project encompassed modifications to the ductwork, as well as plumbing, electrical, and control system connections.
AT ACIS We have successfully completed the installation of all mechanical systems for the ACIS project at King Abdulaziz International Airport. The scope of work encompassed the full implementation of the HVAC system, internal and external drainage networks, integration of the drainage system with the airport’s main infrastructure, water supply connections from the airport network to the entire building, stormwater drainage, and a comprehensive fire protection system.
