Privacy notice
How we handle the personal data you share with us through this website — what we collect, what we use it for, and the rights you have over it under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
Who we are
This website is operated by Dawzan Company For Energy ("Dosan Energy"), an engineering company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For anything related to this notice, contact us at info@dosanenergy.com or +966 54 431 1180.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or calculators, we collect the details you choose to submit: your name, company, email address, phone number, city, the service or project you are interested in, your message, and — for calculator requests — the inputs and results of your estimate. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics data such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare the estimates or studies you request, and follow up on them. Calculator inputs help our engineers prepare an accurate response before contacting you. Analytics data is used only to improve the website. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with service providers who process it on our behalf — for example, website hosting and email delivery — under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it. It is not shared with other third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
In line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, at any time by emailing info@dosanenergy.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses only essential functionality and, where enabled, privacy-respecting usage analytics. It does not run advertising trackers.
