The problem

Air-cooled plant loses capacity exactly when you need it.

Air-cooled chillers and condensers are sized for hot days — but when entering air passes 45°C, they lose capacity exactly when the building needs it most, and burn maximum electricity doing it.

The solution

PreCooll applies Oxycom's adiabatic principle to the plant itself.

A wetted OxyVap wall around the chillers, served by Aquamizer hydraulic modules, pre-cools the entering air by 15–25°C using only water. Compressor work drops 20–40%, peak demand falls, lost capacity is restored, and trips on extreme-heat days stop.

Data centers, universities and industrial plants in the Kingdom run PreCooll today: DAMAC EDGNEX's Riyadh data center measured a 35% chiller energy reduction and 650 kW peak cut; Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University's 4,400 TR plant runs ~20% lighter with no more extreme-heat shutdowns.
