Oxycom (Netherlands) develops IDEC — Indirect Direct Evaporative Cooling — as IntrCooll for comfort and industrial cooling, and PreCooll adiabatic pre-cooling for chillers and condensers. Dosan Energy is Oxycom's sole partner in Saudi Arabia, and has delivered the two largest IDEC installations in the Kingdom, including the world's largest at Alfanar's HVDC factory.

In collaboration with Ener.co (Netherlands), Dosan Energy delivers Enercoat coating solutions in Saudi Arabia: a thermal treatment that restores heat-exchange performance and protects coils against corrosion, with measurement and verification of savings. Ener.co's documented project data shows cooling-energy reductions of up to 20%.
