The first Riyadh phase of the DAMAC EDGNEX data center programme fits PreCooll adiabatic pre-cooling to 12 air-cooled chillers. Measured against the baseline, chiller energy fell 35%, peak demand dropped 650 kW and 1,650 tonnes of CO₂ are avoided each year — a 1.8-year payback.

The full EDGNEX programme covers six data halls and 74 chillers under adiabatic pre-cooling across Riyadh and Dammam.
