The project was executed in two phases to enhance energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Phase One: We replaced the existing DX units in a 700-square-meter event hall with two Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units, integrated with two compatible exhaust fans. The scope of work included ductwork modifications, as well as plumbing, electrical, and control system connections. Additionally, we delivered and installed a small RO plant to supply the units with treated water.

Phase Two: We further upgraded the HVAC system by replacing DX units with three Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units in a workshop and a meeting room. This phase also involved the installation of exhaust fans, ductwork adjustments, plumbing, electrical, and control system connections. Another RO plant was installed to supply treated water for the new units.

The system optimization significantly improved air quality, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for both employees and students while achieving notable energy savings.
