At Almarai B15 building, we successfully replaced DX units with seven Oxycom Intrcooll Plus units, complemented by seven exhaust fans. The scope of work also included additional ductwork modifications and adjustments, along with plumbing, electrical, and control system connections.

This project, covering a two-story building with a total area exceeding 1,500 square meters, was executed with a focus on energy efficiency and workplace comfort. The system optimization resulted in a hygienic and comfortable environment for employees while achieving significant power savings.
