Traditional air conditioning burns large amounts of electricity while recirculating the same air. IntrCooll IDEC (Indirect Direct Evaporative Cooling) takes a smarter approach: a dual-stage process that cuts electricity consumption by up to 90% — and total running cost by up to 70% once water is accounted for — while delivering a continuous flow of fresh, filtered, cool air.

How the dual-stage system works

  • Fresh air intake — outside air is drawn in and filtered.
  • First stage — the air is pre-cooled indirectly, without adding moisture.
  • Second stage — water is added to cool the air further by evaporation — no mechanical cooling.
  • Constant fresh air — cool, clean air is supplied indoors while warm, stale air is expelled.
