A Clean, Cool, and Fresh Workspace Equals Happy Employees:

Did you know that a healthy comfortable indoor climate in your production facility can significantly reduce absenteeism?
Production processes often release a lot of heat, either because of the production process itself or the heat generated by the production machines so it's important to provide a healthy and productive work environment. With Oxycom's sustainable cooling and ventilation system, you will be able to create a stable and optimal working climate for your employees.

What Makes Oxycom's Products Different?

Sustainable and Suitable Cooling System for commercial and Industrial facilities
With a two-stage adiabatic cooling, you can achieve a comfortable and a healthy climate in your (production) halls in a sustainable and cost-effective way.

We use a two-stage evaporative cooling system that is:

  • Eco-friendly, with up to 70% less energy consumption
  • Cools up to 7 ℃ deeper than single-step systems
  • Brings up to 60% less moisture in the supplied air than direct systems.
  • Up to 30% less water consumption than single-step systems

How does Evaporative Cooling work?

Evaporative cooling, otherwise known as adiabatic cooling, works on the principle of water evaporation through which the air is cooled down to a comfortable temperature.
Evaporative Cooling is a technique that uses water as its refrigerant.
During the Evaporative Cooling process, water is evaporated in a stream of air and is converted from liquid to gas.
This transition requires energy, which is extracted from the air in the form of heat. As a result of this process, the air is cooled down.

This evaporative cooling process can be applied in several ways:

  • Direct Adiabatic Cooling.
  • Indirect/Direct Adiabatic Cooling.
  • Indirect Adiabatic Cooling.

Improve the Indoor Air Quality at Industrial and Commercial Facilities with an Evaporative Cooling System:

Evaporative cooling, (indirect/direct system) is a highly sustainable and energy-efficient cooling method that provides a comfortable and productive climate for industrial and commercial facilities.

The evaporative cooling process in an indirect/direct cooling system uses only 10% of the energy that is needed for mechanical cooling.

Furthermore, unlike mechanical cooling, evaporative cooling does not recirculate the warm, polluted indoor air, but ventilates 100% fresh, filtered, clean, and cooled air into a room or building. As a result, the indoor air quality improves.

Reasons why evaporative cooling is better than regular air conditioning:

  • Conventional air conditioning leaves a massive carbon footprint, especially in comparison with the two-stage evaporative cooling.
  • Meanwhile, Evaporative cooling provides a highly effective and environmentally responsible indoor climate solution for the industry.

Energy Savings vs Energy Wasting

Evaporative Cooling:

  • Two-stage evaporative cooling uses only 10% of energy compared to conventional air conditioning.
  • 95% of the cooling capacity is provided through the natural process of water evaporation.

Air Conditioning:

Air conditioning uses 90% more energy to cool and ventilate than evaporative cooling.
